I didn't ask for manager there because I didn't want to upset my mom who was treating and visiting from out of state, she has too much going on in her life and didn't want to add any extra stress and didn't want to seem ungrateful for the meal she treated me to. We left and after we left I was still shaken from the experience and so I called and spoke to manager Bobbie, who was noooo help whatsoever. It had knocked over our table and just about everything that was on it. The umbrella took 3 if us to pick it up, it was so heavy. They should not have even allowed outside dining today!! Had it hit me I would have sued! It came an inch from my head (not to mention I already suffer from PTSD from an attack/head injury from yrs ago). Service was super slow BUT the worst part of all was I almost got hit in the head with the heavy duty umbrella in center of our table. Also, taste of it wasn't that great either. The bottom of my bun was soaked in the sauce, making the bun very mushy. I had the buffalo bomb chicken (which wasn't'the bomb'). Went to the PJs in Washington Twp today (outside dining) and it was an all around horrible experience.
